We will get compensated for helping you buy your next property by the seller of that home and that helps us stay in business. The way we look at it, we are listing your home as a demonstration of what it is like to work with us! We will have a buyers brokerage agreement signed at the time of the listing.

If your home isn’t vacant, we can direct any buyers or agents to make an appointment with you directly! Basically what most people selling their home have been doing, but now we added a filter by listing it on the MLS! However you want to schedule your showings, we will make sure the instructions get to every agent accordingly.Â
